Firstly, the concept of having an on the job training was really well planned and conducted.Jenny as a trainer could do a very good job of making the staff comfortable and receptive to various positive and negative feedbacks.Our staff never felt any sense of reservation while discussing things. Giving daily feedback and suggesting scope of improvement in behaviour e.g. probing at certain levels, facial expressions while talking to customers, etc. was addressed well during the training.Overall, it was a fruitful session for the staff.
